Share Your Heart is a workshop that weaves yoga and meditation together with artful letter writing to seize the moment to express love. A gentle yoga practice will open your body to sit and meditate on the rich tapestry of love that exists in your life. Then we will spend the afternoon coloring and writing an interconnected mandala of love letters to send out to your special people to let them know right here and right now.
In this workshop we will use yoga to open to the our present experience as mammas and connect with the ancient chain of mothers. Then we create beautiful body maps made through writing and drawing. These maps are powerful tools to integrate our experiences as new and expecting mothers. Then we will share our maps and our stories.

Mamas, we know you’re busy. This live, online 6-week series is designed for you. Each Wednesday Shannon will guide a mini session combining gentle yoga, breath work, poetry, art inspiration, and the occasional dance party to feel happy while being a mommy!
