Join Shannon and Ingrid for a women’s only afternoon of yoga, acupuncture and luminary/lantern making designed to cultivate joy, connection, creativity, and kindness of spirit.
All of our practice will center on celebrating Springtime through movement, creativity and learning. Shannon will guide a gentle yoga practice centered on the Buddhas Paramita of Kindness. Paramitas are mind practices that help practitioners move from a state of disharmony to union with themselves and their world. Kindness is the practice of ethical behavior.
Ingrid will use her skillful Acupuncture healing to help you move energy and feel brighter. Together we will spend time creating “luminaries,” which are beautiful paper lanterns inspired by all of the above. Our evening ends by lighting up the practice space with the warm light of the lanterns and a restorative practice. This will be a special day infused with movement, community and heart-warming goodness.
