Calling all Mamas with babies and toddlers!

It’s tough to take time for yourself with the juggle of baby, family, work and the to do list that seems like you add two things when you cross one off.

Join Shannon Bronson from the comfort of your home or office via Zoom on Wednesdays and take a little mid-day moment to move, breathe, and be uplifted.

Classes are 35 minutes long with an optional additional 10-minute sharing time at the end!

No sitters necessary. Babies welcome - or join us on your lunch break at work. Mind Oasis posts classes in CT - this class occurs from 12-12:35 Pacific Time.
